The White House has announced that the United States will open its borders to foreigners on November 8. Theme park lovers and anyone living in an approved country will then be able to visit the States.
Foreigners hoping to fly to the United States will need to show proof of vaccination before boarding and a negative coronavirus test within three days of entering.
