Disneyland Paris will celebrate its 30th anniversary in style with the likely opening of the Avengers Campus, a newly renovated castle, and much more. Today we bring you the latest rumors from the Paris resort. A new night show has been requested by fans for several years now and their prayers will soon be answered.
Before the pandemic hit the world, the resort was planning a brand new nighttime parade, but the project was put on hold. That means we will not be getting a new parade, but they might rent or buy one from another resort. We do not have that information at this time.
The nighttime show will be similar to another resort’s show, just as Illuminations is very similar to the show at Shanghai Disneyland (with the same music and projection images). It has also been rumored that (depending on the final budget) this show could introduce projections on the Main Street buildings. This has already been seen at the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World.
Testing and production of this new show will begin sometime during the Christmas season. So expect new images and news during that time. It is also likely that Disney Illuminations will return during the Christmas season.
